SKS Chain Oil for Bikes LUBE YOUR CHAIN

The high-tech chain oil LUBE YOUR CHAIN was specially developed for SKS GERMANY by experts from the automobile industry.
It features outstanding corrosion protection and is 100 percent solvent-free.
It contains PTFE, which forms a protective film reducing chain friction and therefore wear and noise.
It also seals the gaps between the chain links.
The specially designed oil bottle and applicator makes it possible to oil your chain links with optimum coverage.

Festive Shutdown Period

We will be closed from the 20th December 2024, and will be back on the 6th January 2025. During this period there will be longer than usual delivery times.

Courier & Shipping

We only work with our most trusted courier companies within South Africa, we don't unfortunately don’t deliver outside the borders of South Africa.

CHARGES

If the value of your order is over R450, the courier is on us!
The shipping fee for orders under R450 is R70.

Standard Delivery
Our standard delivery across South Africa is usually within 2-5 working days, delays may occur on occasion should the courier services be under strain but we strive to get you your order in record time.

30 Day Returns 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in 
the original packaging and must be packaged accordingly in order to protect it during transport with couriers. Should the item not be wrapped/packaged correctly for transport and the product box/packaging is de-faced by the time it arrives to us, we reserve the right to deny the refund or exchange.
 
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products back that are intimate with the body or any sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
 
Additional non-returnable items:

- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
 

Returns Under Warranty 

Should you have any defect issues with your purchased item and it still falls under the warranty period of the particular product, we will arrange collection of the item and have it inspected by our technical team. The assessment period can take between 5-7 working days, to which after we have received the assessment, we will be in contact with you to discuss the outcome and next steps to be taken.
 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, which will be at Cost 2 Clear’s discretion. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed accordingly. It is important to note that we only process refunds on credit card payments and EFT payments only! This takes between 5-7 days to process your refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or with your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, credit card refunds have a turn around time of 5-7 working days to process back to your card, this is for security reasons. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted, If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@cost2clear.co.za.
 

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@cost2clear.co.za

• These types of products have small manufacturing defects and cant be sold as new, but the product function or purpose is still in tact.

Examples of these: small cracks, marks, misshapen, dents, scratches etc.
