Alpha Glass Decanter Carafe with Filter, Aerator and Pourer
In Smoky Grey/Black tinted glass.

This decanter and pouring filter are not only beautiful to look at, but also exceptionally functional, ensuring the full flavour of the wine comes through.
As you pour the wine into the decanter through the stainless-steel filter, cork and sediment are left behind allowing only the wine to flow through the specially designed aeration system.

This system provides sufficient aeration through the wine to allow it to develop its full flavour.

In addition, the wide base of the decanter gives room for the wine to breathe.
Once you are ready to pour the wine into a glass, all residue remains behind on the filter sieve, while the pure aerated and filtered wine is poured drip free through the user-friendly precision spout.

This genius system means there is no need to rinse off the filter before pouring.
A trough for the thumb in the organically shaped decanter provides grip and comfortable pouring.

2L capacity - recommend maximum of 2 bottles or 1.5 litres

If the value of your order is over R450, the courier is on us!
The shipping fee for orders under R450 is R70.

30 Day Returns 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in 
the original packaging and must be packaged accordingly in order to protect it during transport with couriers. Should the item not be wrapped/packaged correctly for transport and the product box/packaging is de-faced by the time it arrives to us, we reserve the right to deny the refund or exchange.
 
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products back that are intimate with the body or any sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
 
Additional non-returnable items:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
 

Returns Under Warranty 

Should you have any defect issues with your purchased item and it still falls under the warranty period of the particular product, we will arrange collection of the item and have it inspected by our technical team. The assessment period can take between 5-7 working days, to which after we have received the assessment, we will be in contact with you to discuss the outcome and next steps to be taken.
 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, which will be at Cost 2 Clear’s discretion. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed accordingly. It is important to note that we only process refunds on credit card payments and EFT payments only! This takes between 5-7 days to process your refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or with your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, credit card refunds have a turn around time of 5-7 working days to process back to your card, this is for security reasons. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted, If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@cost2clear.co.za.
